I’m a theatre, film/tv, and voiceover actor based in New York.

I’m Katharine (yes, with an a in the middle, like Hepburn) and I’m a Taiwanese-American actor, writer, and producer originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. I trained as an actor at UC San Diego, Steppenwolf West, and received my MFA in Acting at The New School.

From 2014 - 2016, I was a member of the San Francisco Neo-Futurists, where I wrote and performed in their ongoing show Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind. I am a founding member of The Nobodies Collective, a new works development group in New York City.

As an actor, I have performed on stages and screens in California and New York. I’ve recorded numerous audiobooks for Harper Collins, Penguin Random House, Macmillan, Apple+ News, & more.

As a writer, I am drawn to stories and themes that are humanistic, delightful, deeply felt, and subtly subversive. I’m currently submitting my first short film, Hot Idiot—-an irreverent buddy comedy centering two office best friends—for festival consideration. I am currently in pre-production for my next short film about a new mother who gets in the car, alone, and starts driving. And driving. And driving.
